Here’s the play. Remove the things that make you feel bad. And add the things that make you feel expansive.

Don’t think too hard about goals. Instead, ask yourself: “Where can I fit these expansive activities in?” and do it.

The extra energy you gain will be stored in your energy "bank" and will bail you out on bad days.
